Our Services

Multimodal Art Therapy, a cornerstone of Soul Creative, is a dynamic and inclusive approach incorporating a variety of expressive modalities such as drawing, painting, sculpture, sound, music, dance, movement, drama, and crafting.

This holistic form of therapy offers individuals a vast spectrum of mediums to explore and express their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in ways that resonate most deeply with them. A qualified Arts Therapist is a guide and facilitator, adept at creating a supportive and flexible environment where clients can engage with multiple forms of expression. Skilfully tailoring therapy sessions to each individual's preferences, needs, and therapeutic goals, ensures a personalized and empowering experience grounded in psychotherapeutic principles. By employing an interwoven multimodal approach, Arts Therapists help clients unlock new avenues of communication, and self-expression, fostering a rich and transformative therapeutic journey.

Nature Therapy at Soul Creative is a system-regulating service harnessing the healing power of the natural world to promote mental and emotional well-being. This therapeutic approach involves guided activities and experiences in nature, aimed at nurturing a deep connection between individuals and the environment.

A Nature Therapist facilitates these experiences, guiding clients to engage mindfully with the elements, whether through mindful walks, sensory engagement, or eco-centric activities. They help clients tap into the therapeutic benefits of nature, such as reduced stress, improved mood, and enhanced clarity, as a peaceful, grounding complement to psychotherapeutic practices, encouraging a profound sense of harmony with themselves and the natural world.
